1. A healthy diet and lifestyle - This is a common New Year’s resolution for many people, but tough to maintain throughout the year. Is anyone else out there struggling with saying goodbye to all the chocolate and carbs after the Holidays?  I know it’s difficult for me to get back on track, but oh, is it worth it in the long run!
