Winter's harsh conditions can take a toll on your skin's health. Try these 5 tips to keep your skin feeling healthy and fresh this season.

1. DRINK WATER - I know you hear this all the time, right? But did you know that when it is dry and cold your body loses fluid with each breath? Make it a goal to drink more water this winter. An article in APPHealth suggests drinking half of your body weight in fluid ounces of water every day. 



2. Eat more FAT, Healthy FAT that is. - Go for nuts, seeds, healthy oils high in omega-6 fats, avocado and coconut products!
